The
Glades Golf Course and Residences are located in sight of the Robina Town Centre. Greg
Norman designed the course and in 2002, Ian Baker-Finch bought it. B
& P Surveys has been involved in all stages of the project providing early groundwork
for the flood study, subdivision design, and subdivision approval. While the golf course
was in the process of being shaped, survey crews detailed every fairway for flood studies
and history records. Glades Residences are situated amongst the golf course and vary from
large house lots to lakefront villas.
