Robina Dales won the 2001 UDIA (Qld) Award of Excellence. This tranquil suburb is only a
few minutes walk from the Robina Town Centre and has focussed on providing an aesthetic
environment for all residents. The estate has a central park and lake surrounded by
boardwalks creating the relaxed atmosphere the developers aimed to deliver. B & P Surveys was the principal surveyor and had worked on the original
bulk earthworks when owned by Robina Land Corporation. Ongoing work on the site saw B
& P Surveys continue delivering planning advice, subdivision design and subdivision
approval. B & P Surveys continued survey work on the developments ten stages
subdividing around 500 lots and conducted audit surveys on all engineering works.
